My name is Aaron Simmons, I am from Mesquite Texas, and this is my 1980
Chevrolet C10. When I brought the truck home in early 2006, it was in
horrible condition and already had the '84 front clip. I took it down to
the frame with my dad, as I was only 16 at the time. All of the trim and
stake pockets were shaved, and the truck was painted Chevrolet truck white with
pearl and blue and purple flames front to rear. It is powered by a freshly
built 350 that has been bored .030 over, has a RV cam, Eledbrock carburetor and
intake, headers and Flowmaster mufflers. This is all backed by a TH350
transmission with a shift kit and a 12 bolt differential with 3.73 and
positraction. The truck has also been lowered two inches in front and
three inches out back.
