Owner Comments:  My name is Clay Cole, I have owned my 82 Blazer for about 5 years off and on.  When I purchased it, it was completely trashed, but it only had 2 owners.  I put new brakes all around and decided I didn't want to work on it anymore.  I Worked on it for a little while longer and then sold it to a buddy.  He put a fresh 305 in it and redid the interior and added a new stereo system...it looked so good I bought it back from him and have had it ever since.  I also found out it was the last year they made the 2 wheel drive Blazer.  Since then, I have installed a 700r4 transmission, a fresh rebuilt rear end with 3.08 gears, new stock 15x7 Rally wheels with 265R15's in the front and 15x8 Rally wheels with 295/50R15's out the back.  I have cut the springs in front and taken out a leaf in the back to give it a better stance.  I've had numerous carburetor problems since, but hope the fix those soon with all the stuff  I have learned on your site.  Your site has really given me the confidence to dig in and tear things apart.  I get them back together too!
